Cat and Dog Theology

Cats and dogs display humourous differences that can reflect our lives as disciples. 

A dog says, "You pat me, you feed me, you shelter me and love me - YOU must be God."

A cat says, "You pat me, you feed me, you shelter me and love me - I must be God."

Based on the book of the same title, the way we worship, read his word, see the world and our place in it are explored.  Just what do cats and dogs have to do with how we, as God's missional people, join him in his mission? You'll be surprised by the truth!

This Glocal Workshop needs 1-2 hours.  The more time we have together, the more discussion and practical group activities we can have.

Bringing Down the Walls  

This Glocal Workshop is designed to encourage effective and strategic prayer for least-reached peoples and nations.  It has 3 possible modules available, each between 45-60 minutes in length.  It could include some or all of the following:

a) Biblical teaching on praying for “least-reached” peoples
b) Principles we can learn from historical prayer movements
c) Practical “how to” prayer for these nations and peoples
d) A country,region or people group profile, including fresh fuel and perspectives for prayer

Perspectives & Kairos Courses

WEC & Eastwest College have trained coordinators for this lifechanging course.  Most years we're running a Perspectives course somewhere in the Waikato that you can join in on.   Better yet, let's talk about getting a group together from your church to host one, as coordinators exist across the country. 

We highly recommend both Perspectives and Kairos.  They will change the way you understand God, his word, the world and your place in it!
