How time passes...

Hmmm... so it's been a couple of weeks of there's still not as much of the content added to the website as we'd like... it needs to go live soon! But it's not like we've been twiddling our thumbs during this time.

Actually we've had an awesome trip to Christchurch and Timaru (coz we're in Hamilton) for a week and met some great people, talking mission and how to get people more involved in mission in churches down there. This seriously is like the dream job in so many ways. Meeting people means there's always a new interesting person to find out about. Each person is at a different place in their journey so they may be further along the trail or not. Either way it's exciting to be able to find out where they are, and how it fits with their life. So basically there's a lot of talking mission.

The other side of it is getting to create and dream new things - website, blogs (!), promotional material, ideas for involving kids, ways to present workshops... Did I mention the workshops?! They are always challenging and different each time depending on the group and the church. I'm still learning ways to present well. I have a ways to go. Just as well there's some decent people round here with a good amount of patience ;-)

Oh well, forward we go to add more content. YAY for when the website will go live!
