Bye...

So here I am, up far far too early, after going to bed far, far too late, after packing for HOURS.

Who knew taking things out of boxes and putting them in bags could be so time-consuming?  Actually.... I did!

The last few weeks have been CRAZY - and I mean that - but it's so good to finally be actually about to go.  There's only so much preparation you can do (even a practical details person like myself) before you want to spit the proverbial dummy.

So thanks to all, near and far, for your support, encouragement and general interest in the 'before' stage of my big God Adventure.

I will do my very best to email you regularly with fascinating and witty anecdotes about life in Guinea Bissau (hereafter referred to as GB) but if, for some reason, you strangely do not receive what you feel you deserve, stress not!  It will just be something to do with the electricity situation... or I'm just not in the mood.
